- If  > 2000 items, the score to this niche is 5*
- 500 ~ 1999 items, the score is 4.5*
- 100 ~ 499 items, the score is 4*
- 1 ~ 99 items, the score is 3*

Niche popularity.

Press the orders parameter to sort the item. Then take the first 10 items and calculate the arithmetic mean of the number of orders
- If the arithmetic means is more than 2000 order, the score to this niche is 5*.
- 500 ~ 1999 orders, the score is 4.5*
- 100 ~ 499 orders, the score is 4*.
- 1 ~99 order, the score is 3*

Take the same first 10 stores parameter, and evaluate them:
- How long the store has been in operations?
- What its feedback score?- What the percentage of its positive feedback?- How much the items fit their descriptions?
- How good communications is?
- How satisfactory the shipping speed is?

- If the arithmetic mean of the feedback is more than 96%, the score is 5
- 95% ~ 95.9%, the score is 4.5*
- 94% ~ 94.9%, the score is 4*
- 93% ~ 93.9%, the score is 3*

 Price setting aspects

To estimate the margin potential, take the price of your niche & look this item up in 10 other online stores by calculating their arithmetic mean. Compare the average price with the Aliexpress seller price.
- If the difference is more than 250%, the score is 5*
- 100% ~ 249%, the score is 4.5*
- 50% ~ 99%, the score is 4*
- 1% ~ 49%, the score is 3*

Google Trends


- How the search volume changes over time
- Where the people searching for this term live
- What the most popular search terms are
- Whether the interest in this search query is seasonal.

# If the trends are ascending, the score is 5*
# Flat trend, the score is 4*
# Descending trend, the score is 3*.




Instagram Promotion


- Use the statistic provided by the Websta service.
- Criteria to evaluate how promising the drop ship niche.

# If there are more than 10 accounts with more than 30000  followers, the score is 5*.
# 5 ~ 9 accounts, the score is 4.5*
# 1 ~ 4 accounts, the score is 4*
# 0 accounts, the score is 3*

Facebook Promotion

Search the potential niche at groups.
- A good niche always consider has more than 15 groups with more than 30,000 members per each. Additionally, it can be useful to also check out at the "Page" section, give you more insight.
# If more than 10 groups with more than 30,000 members, the score is 5*.
# 5 ~ 9 groups, the score is 4.5*
# 1 ~ 4 groups, the score is 4*# 0 groups, the score is 3*.

SEO Evaluation

a. Keyword Analysis
If a keyword has something between 10K & 100K searches, it is the perfect results for a dropshipping niche. If there are more than 100K searches, the niche is too wide and the competition will be simply monstrous. If there are less than 5K searches, skip to the next niche options.



# If there are 5K ~ 50K searches, the score is 5* (perfect in terms of competitions)
# 50K ~ 100K, the score is 4* (competition is great, but there are still might be a place for you)
# < 5K. the score is 3*
# > 100K, the score is 2* (competition is too high)

b. Google Search
Find the niche and your probable competitors.
- Type allinurl:niche in google serach
- Google will show you the page that have that keyword in their URL, which is a competitive advantage for them.

# If there are 10K ~ 100K pages, the score is 5* (perfect in terms of the competition)
# 3K ~ 10K, the score is 4* (need work hard to win the competition)
# < 3K, the score is 3*
# > 100K, the score is 2* (competition is too high, no chances to win)

# If "Difficulty" reaches the mark of 0 - 40, the score is 5*
# For 41 - 60, the score is 4*
# For 61 - 80, the score is 3*
# For 81 - 100, the score is 2*

Last Step: Find your SEO potential competitor (Huge retailer)

- Enter your keyword in Google search engine
- Explore the results on the first 2 pages.
- If the whole first page is taken by a giant like Amazon, eBay & others can skip to next niches.
- If the results include not your competitors but some services like Yahoo!Answers or some spammy articles (such resources called Easy Target), this mean this niche is free and you can continue.


#  If the 1st page is mainly taken by giants but there are up to 4 places taken by Easy Target results, the score is 5* (Most preferable results)
#  If the 1st page is fully taken by the giant, the score is 4* (competition is extremely high)
#  If the majority of the results on the 1st page are Easy Target, the score is 3*
#  If the 1st & 2nd pages are taken by giants, the score is 2*
