3 Tab Strategy :
Step 1: In Google.com type in your chosen niche & add “supplies, gears, parts, accessories or aids” at the end
Step 2: Based on search results, find a non-franchise web store. (Franchise: Target, Best Buy, Home Depot, Barnes & Noble, Walmart )
Step 3: Look for product categories in the web store, determine to have the potential to build a product line. (More than 5 categories is good)
Step 4: Run the Absolute Niche Test on the product categories in Step 3.
Step 5: In Amazon.com, search the product category found on the website, run the 20 sellers rule.
Step 6: In Alibaba.com, set the MOQ to 30 for the product found previously
Step 7: Compare with the target selling price in Amazon & Alibaba. If the Alibaba price is at most 50% of Amazon's selling price, launch it.
